Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar, WE Select rezervasyon hizmetini (WhatsApp hattımız ve weselect.com.tr) kullanımınıza ilişkin kuralları düzenler. Hizmeti kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Hizmeti sunan
WE Select, aşağıda bilgileri yer alan şirket tarafından işletilir:

2. Hizmetin niteliği
WE Select, misafirler ile partner restoranlar arasında WhatsApp üzerinden rezervasyon aracılığı yapar. Yemek, içecek ve restoran hizmeti, rezervasyon yapılan restoran tarafından sunulur; WE Select bu hizmetin sağlayıcısı değildir.
Rezervasyon talebiniz, restoranın müsaitliğine bağlıdır ve size WhatsApp üzerinden onay mesajı ulaştığında kesinleşir. Onay mesajı gelmeden talebiniz kesinleşmiş sayılmaz.
3. Ücret
WE Select, misafirler için ücretsizdir. Bazı restoranlar loca veya özel masalar için masa ücreti ya da minimum harcama koşulu uygulayabilir; bu koşullar rezervasyondan önce size açıkça bildirilir ve restoran ile aranızdaki ilişkiye tabidir.
4. Misafirin yükümlülükleri
- Rezervasyon için doğru ve güncel bilgi vermek.
- Rezervasyon saatinde restoranda bulunmak; gelemeyecekseniz en kısa sürede "İptal" yazarak bildirmek.
- Hizmeti hukuka ve genel ahlaka uygun şekilde kullanmak; asılsız, yanıltıcı veya toplu rezervasyon talepleriyle hizmeti kötüye kullanmamak.
Tekrarlayan gelmeme, asılsız talep veya kötüye kullanım hâlinde ilgili telefon numarasına hizmet geçici ya da sürekli olarak kısıtlanabilir.
5. İptal ve değişiklik
Rezervasyonunuzu WhatsApp hattımıza "İptal" yazarak iptal edebilirsiniz; restorana gecikmeksizin bilgi verilir. Restoranın kendi iptal veya geç kalma kuralları varsa bunlar ayrıca geçerlidir. Restoranın rezervasyonu iptal etmesi hâlinde size WhatsApp üzerinden bilgi verilir ve dilerseniz yeni bir seçenek sunulur.
6. Otomatik yanıt sistemi
Mesajlarınız, yapay zekâ destekli bir sistem tarafından anlaşılıp yanıtlanabilir. Size gönderilen onay mesajındaki restoran, tarih, saat ve kişi sayısını kontrol etmenizi rica ederiz; bir hata görürseniz bize yazmanız yeterlidir.
7. Restoranın sorumluluğu
Menü, fiyatlar, ürün ve hizmet kalitesi, hijyen ve alerjen bilgileri restoranın sorumluluğundadır. Gıda alerjiniz veya özel bir sağlık durumunuz varsa lütfen bunu restoranla doğrudan teyit ediniz.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırları
WE Select, hizmetin kesintisiz ve hatasız sunulması için makul özeni gösterir. Mesajlaşma altyapısı (WhatsApp), internet bağlantısı veya restoranın kendi sistemlerinden kaynaklanan aksaklıklardan, yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde sorumlu tutulamaz.
9. Fikri mülkiyet
WE Select adı, logosu ve weselect.com.tr üzerindeki tüm içerik şirketimize aittir; izin alınmadan kopyalanamaz veya kullanılamaz.
10. Kişisel veriler
Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine ilişkin bilgiler KVKK Aydınlatma Metni, Gizlilik Politikası ve Çerez Politikası'nda yer alır.
11. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.
12. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici işlemlerinden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda, ilgili mevzuatta belirlenen parasal sınırlar dahilinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri; diğer uyuşmazlıklarda Eskişehir Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
Terms of Use
These terms set out the rules for using the WE Select reservation service (our WhatsApp line and weselect.com.tr). By using the service, you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the service
WE Select arranges reservations between guests and partner restaurants over WhatsApp. Food, drinks and restaurant services are provided by the restaurant you book; WE Select is not the provider of those services.
Your request depends on the restaurant's availability and is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp.
3. Fees
WE Select is free for guests. Some restaurants may apply a table fee or minimum spend for lounges or special tables; such terms are clearly communicated before you book and are a matter between you and the restaurant.
4. Guest obligations
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Arrive at the reserved time, or let us know as soon as possible by writing "Cancel".
- Use the service lawfully and in good faith; do not make false, misleading or bulk reservation requests.
In case of repeated no-shows, false requests or misuse, the service may be restricted temporarily or permanently for the phone number concerned.
5. Cancellations and changes
You can cancel by writing "Cancel" on our WhatsApp line; the restaurant is informed without delay. Any cancellation or late-arrival rules of the restaurant also apply. If the restaurant cancels your reservation, we will let you know on WhatsApp and offer an alternative where possible.
6. Automated replies
Your messages may be understood and answered by an AI-assisted system. Please check the restaurant, date, time and party size in your confirmation message, and write to us if anything is incorrect.
7. Restaurant responsibility
Menus, prices, food and service quality, hygiene and allergen information are the restaurant's responsibility. If you have a food allergy or a specific health condition, please confirm it directly with the restaurant.
8. Limitation of liability
WE Select takes reasonable care to provide the service without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for disruptions caused by the messaging infrastructure (WhatsApp), internet connectivity or the restaurant's own systems.
9. Intellectual property
The WE Select name, logo and all content on weselect.com.tr belong to our company and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Personal data
Information on how we process personal data is set out in our Personal Data Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes are handled by Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits set by law; other disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Eskişehir.
